My regular veterinarian who we see regularly and nothing was over due would not see her until next week. That was unexceptional. But I found Fullwood Animal Hospital. What a blessing. They gave so much loving care to my girl. They were so knowledgeable and kind. Every thing happens for a reason and Lucy and I are truly blessed to have found them. Its very clean and the staff their is usually friendly. My favorite vet is Dr. Sanders for she is always helpful. We did have one technician that was a little pushy and my husband was getting a little upset. They have been wonderful partners in emergency situations, with a dog with cancer, the loss of a pet, and then the acquiring of a new pet. They are knowledgable and make well-informed recommendations, reviewing options with you. The vet and all of the staff really care for the animals and remember quirky things about their breed or their personality. They are very professional and helpful. Our dog, Bear, is a 90lb high maintenance senior shepherd doggie and they have great steps in place to keep him and them safe. They have and use both behavioral and medicine approaches to help him including a "grumpy dog cocktail" for medicine since he's very anxious at the vet, and even creatively putting him in the bathtub area so he feels less threatened during an exam. They are very transparent about costs. They go above and beyond normal levels of care. For example, recently, I had to pick up some medicine for my doggie and had my toddler son with me in the car but he'd fallen asleep, they were willing to run the meds out to me in the car and let me pay outside with a portable payment system so I didn't have to leave my car). 100 recommend them.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. All of my animals go to Fullwood and they have been nothing but kind and caring with each of their specific situations. Most recently, my kitten had a medical emergency and I was able to call Fullwood right when they opened to explain the situation and beg them to get her in for emergency surgery. It wasn’t even a question and I was able to drop her off within minutes. Dr. Knicks and the Team are lifesavers and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and now she’s home and recovering. I am so very grateful and highly recommend bringing your fur family member members to Fullwood!!
